Firstly, it is ALWAYS best to contact your doctor to see if you can work out and if there are any restrictions for exercises that you can do.

Next, contact us with the exercises in your plan that you cannot perform and the restrictions that the doctor gives you. With this information, we will be able to get one of our trainers to give you some alternative exercises and advice moving forward.
