An 8-week program specifically created for tactical athletes over 40. As we age or get injuries recovery can take longer. The goal is to go easier on your joints, while still making sure you get an intense workout. That means you can see the progress each time you hit the gym without destroying your body.
This plan still follows our HTK style training, with the focus on using a high frequency, low volume weight training approach. It also includes a wide variety of short, sharp conditioning sessions.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?
Designed for individuals over 40 who are getting back into the gym or those who have some previous injuries that limit your exercises. This program will get you on the right track whether you are a beginner or an advanced lifter.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?
You do require access to a commercial or home gym that contains the equipment listed below.
