ASPIRING WARRIOR

Aspiring warrior is an effective training plan that uses minimal equipment so you can workout anywhere, any time. This training uses purely your own bodyweight and one dumbbell or kettlebell yet still gives you an intense well-rounded workout.
  

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?

Aspiring warrior is designed for individuals who are preparing for military basic training, police academies, fire academies, and team sports. This program is perfect for young athletes (13 - 17 years old) who want to get fit without lifting heavy weights or going to a gym.
   

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?

This plan doesn't require access to the gym, you do however need the equipment below.

Pull-up Bar                    Dip Bars (or alternate option)
Single dumbbell or Kettlebell (recommended weights as follows)                      
RECOMMENDED WEIGHTS 
  • Male:
    Age 13-14 : 10-12kg 
    Age 15-17: 16-20kg. 
  • Female: 
    Age 13-14: 6-8kg 
    Age 15-17+: 10-12kg.
