LEAN MACHINE

A 12-week training plan with the primary focus of accelerating fat loss so you can shed that extra bulk while still helping you build lean muscle.

Following our HTK style of training each session will be split up into 3 sections, One strength exercise, Accessory work, and Abdominals & Conditioning. This training is split up into 3 phases throughout the twelve weeks so you will be changing things up and can keep your body guessing. The schedule requires 5x 30-40min sessions per week.  

WHO IS THE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?

Designed for anyone from beginner to advanced there are always variations to get you through. This plan is specifically great for those serving in the military or police that want to stay mean and lean in the line of duty.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You do require access to a commercial or home gym that contains the equipment listed below. 

Adjustable bench              Squat Rack
Dumbbells                         Kettlebells
Cable Set-up                     Barbell
Pull-up / Dip Station          Landmine
Pull-down Machine           Leg Extension Machine
Leg Curl Machine           
Weighted Plates (Bumpers not required)

  • Pool
  • Ruck
  • MISC: Conditioning Equipment; Rowing Machine, Assault Bike, Stepper, Boxing Bag, Skipping Rope, Sledgehammer, Tires, Sandbag, Sled, Battle ropes.


WHAT DO I DO ONCE I HAVE FINISHED LEAN MACHINE?

This always depends on your current goals. If you are wanting to build more muscle, then Tactical Monster is your best bet. If you are entering the military or want to focus on longer more military-style training then Elite Operator is the next step.
Lean Machine can definitely be repeated we just recommend a week's break before starting the plan again.
