ELITE OPERATOR

Elite Operator is a program designed to focus on not just one specific area but all areas so you can become an ultimate athlete. Our most intensive program, that will help you build strength, increase performance, and build mental toughness. 

The training is designed to help you run a 6-minute mile, Deadlift 500lbs, perform pull-ups wearing body Armor with ease, Swim for miles and Ruck like a machine no matter the weight or the terrain. The schedule calls for 6x 45-75+ minute sessions per week. 

WHO IS THE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?

This program is designed for individuals who are going up for special forces selection, preparing for an endurance event, or want to build a warrior mentality. Not recommended for beginners as this is a more technical training style and requires some background knowledge, intermediate to advanced.

There is a strong focus on job-specific endurance such as rucking, so it requires you to have more training time than any of our other plans. Most sessions are between 45-75 minutes however rucking sessions especially later in the program will reach 120-180 minutes.

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I HAVE FINISHED ELITE OPERATOR?

This plan is great for when you need specific intense training, however, it isn't recommended for long term use. All of our other plans still keep a focus on endurance/ performance, it simply depends on your main goal to which one you choose next.
