The best choices for beginners would be Lockdown Protocol or Tactical Bodyweight. Both of these programs will build a solid foundation of strength and endurance to transition into a weightlifting program and kickstart you back into training.

If you do not have access to any equipment or can't perform one pull-up, then Lockdown Protocol is the best choice for you. If you have access to a pullup bar and can perform or want to build on your pull-ups, Tactical Bodyweight is the way to go.
