I AM JOINING THE MILITARY, WHICH PROGRAM SHOULD I START WITH?
We recommend that you start with Bodyweight Built. This program will ensure that you are familiar with all of the exercises that you will be performing in your training. Once you complete it, you can run through it again using a weighted vest and is always a good program to have on hand any time you can't access a gym.
If you are looking to go into special forces, have had previous experience we recommend Elite Operator V2. Using this program, you will be physically prepared for the training that is headed your way. If you are a beginner, however, start with Tactical Bodyweight then move over to Elite Operator.
