I am having trouble with my account

Sometimes technology does not work as we want it to, especially when creating customer accounts online.

Here are some common issues and how to fix them:

When I try to log in it says account already created, but I still can not log in.

This may occur if you try more than one time to create your account.

To fix this, check back through your email for an account activation link.

If you do not have one, send an email to the team at Support@hardtokillfitness.co

When I try to reset my password I am told that there is not an account for my email

If this happens, the account may not have been activated properly.

Check for the activation email and try using the link within there.

If that does not work, email the team at Support@hardtokillfitness.co

I did not receive an account activation email

Please check your spam/unwanted folder for the activation email.

If you do not receive the email after 1 hour, please email the team and we will get that situated.
